23 arts or landscapes decorations all over the city from the artists (Choi Jeong Hwa, Bob verschueren, Jean-Philippe Poirée-Ville, Javier Riera, Victoria Klotz, Sylvie de Meurville, Dominique Ghesquière, Angela Kornie, Splace...).
It is nice to see it at night and during the day.
